How to create a blog

Steps to create a blog :

1. Firstly,you must have a Google mail account to access the blog.
2. If have the Google mail account,then sign in into Google mail account.
3. Confirm your Google account profile's .
4. Click switch to Google+
5. Then,Confirm your blog account to start write a blog.
6. After that, type the title of your blog and choose theme and click view blog.
7. Create your blog page to write in your blog and then publish. 
8. Go to lay out and drag pages gadget and put in cross column.
